I’m Brian Moon, a computer technician with nearly 20 years of industry experience.

I have worked for Intel, Apple Computer, and companies both large and small, providing high-quality technical and customer service. I’ve recieved training from many computer hardware and software manufacturers in the course of my career.

I can translate computer jargon, simplify the most complex problems, and provide tailored training. I am familiar with Windows from 95 to XP, Mac OS from System 7 to OS X; I even speak DOS or UNIX/Linux! Plus, I’m a CompTIA Network+ certified technican.

I charge a reasonable flat fee - no hourly charge! I don’t charge for travel time within the Portland Metropolitan area.
