So much bicycling

Last week I biked to, and from, work from home twice. Then, on Sunday, I rode my bike downtown (and then put my bike on the #54 bus and rode it over to my girlfriend's house).

Monday morning, I rode my bike to and from work, again. And this morning, I rode it to work.

I'm just sayin', I'm doing a lot of bicycling lately. I'll be riding my bike to and from work again the next couple of days. Mainly because I have to be at work by 5 AM and there are no buses at that hour of the day.

I feel so Portland-esque. But I'm not wearing any Lycra™, I swear.

Sorry for the lack of post yesterday. I didn't have much to say, I guess.

What have you been up to?

Comments:
I have a trailer for errands and a Trimet locker which helps for bi-modal commuting- I probably average 200 miles a week on it, even during the worst of the rainy season.

My only caution aside from getting some decent visibility enhancements, is stretch your hip flexors & hamstrings after your commute, or you'll find that biking will negatively impact your running.

I definitely want a rack and some panniers for the bike; not sure I need a full trailer, though. And any building I work at has a bike lock area (yay for working in government buildings) so I don't need the locker.

I wear many lights and a reflective vest so that's taken care of. Hadn't thought about stretching, but then, I hardly ever do. Thanks, though, 0ok! What kind of bike do you use? Mine's a Kona Smoke 2-9.
