The customer service was okay from the cashier but the person who claimed to be the owner was rude and obnoxious when we complained about their "famous bun" being wet and sloppy. I don't like the fact they nickel and dime you for fry sauce and such but maybe they do that because they know you will never come back anyway but hey at least (for now) I didn't have to pay for my napkin!!
