Keeping NGOD alive in our hearts
Some peoples' reactions to holidays that are supposed to celebrate pleasurable or positive behavior, like Christmas or Valentine's Day, is to say "that's how you should act all the time, not just on that one day out of the year."That's so true, even for me.
That's why I work extra hard to keep National Goof Off Day alive in my heart all year 'round, not just every March 22nd.

I goofed off today. I went downtown during my lunch (and part of "not lunch") and read stupid magazines at a Magazine store, wandered around like a tourist - pointing and saying "Look at that!" rather loudly, and generally being a seven year-old in a thrity-something body. Snickering included.
It was fun! Woo-hoo type-fun, with emphasis on the hoo, as in hoot.
Awesome!
What did you do?
