It's not the shirt. Not entirely.

Apparently she's a model for teeCommerce (spelling and capitalization from their website, not mine). And there's more of here here.

And have I mentioned I love Google? They're my favorite internet tube.

Although, what's with the eye make-up on the other lady-models for this particular t-shirt company? Does teeCommerce also sell mascara too??!
