Oh, yeah, running schedule for this week. Um... OK, here:- Monday: 3.5 miles training (no timing)
- Tuesday: Elliptical trainer intervals 5 miles total.
- Wednesday: Rest day.
- Thursday: 4 miles - run at race pace
- Friday: Rest day
- Saturday: Rest day
- Sunday: Pints to Pasta 10K
