  • Monday: 3.5 miles
  • Tuesday: 4 miles (Speed day - faster pickup 1x per mile)
  • Wednesday: Rest day
  • Thursday: 2.5 miles
  • Friday: 5.5 miles (Run to work!)
  • Saturday: 3 miles
  • Sunday: Rest day
Total of 18.5 miles.
