Running schedule for the week:- Monday: 3.5 miles
- Tuesday: 4 miles (Speed day - faster pickup 1x per mile)
- Wednesday: Rest day
- Thursday: 2.5 miles
- Friday: 5.5 miles (Run to work!)
- Saturday: 3 miles
- Sunday: Rest day
