I was going to install a photo gallery program, Lucida, on my site to showcase all these pictures I'm taking and posting, but unfortunately there are some other programs that are required. Like PHP v.4.3.5. If you don't know what that is, don't worry, it's pretty esoteric to me, too. All I know is that my web host has v.4.3.4, which is 0.0.1 less than I need it to be. While I wait for them to upgrade, I will reflect on two things: 1) what other gallery software can I use? and 2) wouldn't it be nice to have complete control over my own web server?
